Anytime a new tier is purchased, (same with the transferred funds from crypto), your total contribution increases, which means the current profits will represent a lower %.
Example: if i have 100 usdt to begin with, and it grows to 200 usdt, i have 100 usdt in profits and 100% performance. If i add 300 usdt to the initial 100, i have 400 in total contributions, and still have 100 usdt in profits, 100 usdt = 25% of the 400 usdt total.
